It has been established by past practise that Frank Lee & Associates {including, Andrew Lee} and Ralph Goodwin {GRC Formations & Associates : including Kwa'mutsun Nation Head Of State Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem- RM Peter Alphonse and Board of Directors : L B Peter and BR Sam } have developed a mutual interests business development and social contract regime; and, that this said formation is constructed on the purpose of protecting and preserving the historical indigenous Peoples of these west coast of Turtle Island North / North America territories in all matters that respect custom laws through the principles of Free Prior Informed Consent; in conjunction with other international declarations such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; the UN Rights of the Child; and, the UN Doctrine of the Rights of Indigenous or Aboriginal Peoples.
It is mutually believed that these above principles ensure an acceptable business ethic that shall respect stewardship of resources throughout Turtle Island North - including, Canada; as well as serving as a suitable template for diverse ancestries and cultural Peoples throughout the world in matters of commerce and trade agreements.
